If I originally purchased the pattern/kit for the 2023 Jingle Ball class, do I have to buy it again to get the 2 new colorways?
No, you don't need to purchase it an additional copy! We will be sending out an updated version of the pattern for any stitcher who purchased the pattern/was apart of our Season's Greetings class at the Jingle Ball last year. So be on the look out for that coming to your inbox very soon!
If I took the class last year, can I still register for the classes that will be held February 8th and March 7th?
Absolutely! The updated PDF will be sent out to last year's Season's Greetings class students and the class registration links can be found on the Hello Friends page of the pattern. All former class attendees are welcome to register for a Zoom class!
What if I can't make either of the Zoom class times?
That is okay! In the pattern, we also include a 4 page written and photographed tutorial on how to assemble the flat fold.
Tell me more about this tutorial...
Great question! We'll be meeting via Zoom and we have a dual screen set up. One focuses on Ashleigh's hands as she walks you through finishing, the other is on my face. Ashleigh will walk you step by step through the process of a flat fold finish. Many stitchers can follow along and complete one postcard in class. The PDF includes a four page finishing tutorial as well (see a sample page below!) that you can follow along with. It's a great class for beginners and experienced finishers, Ashleigh has some awesome tips and tricks plus the atmosphere is full of fun! We anticipate the class running between 1.5 - 2 hrs. There is no rushing and PLENTY of time for questions. We are here for YOU!
Do the kits contain DMC floss?
These kits do not contain any embroidery floss.
Do the kits contain a Lumiere the Candlestick Stamp needleminder?
Yes, both the Aida and Cashel kits will include a Lumiere the Candlestick Stamp needleminder!
What does limited edition PDF mean?
We have limited spaces available in Zoom so the PDF sales are capped.
I'm nervous the kits will sell out before I get online!
Definitely try to join us early in the day. We feel like the inventory should cover the demand but our stitching community often surprises us with their enthusiasm!
Can I join the Zoom without the kit?
Yes, absolutely! You just need the PDF pattern, it includes RSVP links for Zoom.
Zoom isn't my thing, can I just buy the pattern?
Of course but the pattern does include the cost of the Zoom tutorial. You are always welcome to come to the Zoom and sit and stitch, it's a lot of fun and there is zero pressure to participate! In fact, for the ease of this class, student cameras are off and we use the chat function.

When will my kit ship by?
Nichole has packed these kits up with so much love, I can't wait for you to open them. They are literally like receiving a present from Clementine Fox! She will have them in the mail by December 23rd. If you are in Canada, we will of course hold your kit until mail shipment resumes.
